I think the big miners in DRC cry foul but really the taxes are catch up for a too easy environment as incentive to get miners back to production after the civil war (from what I read). So compared to other African countries the taxes are back in line, and then some. The super tax relates to BFS assumptions for the commodity price so not sure how that could relate to TAR as it's very early stage.
