A deceased person is just that, deceased. For those that loved them it is very sad.
But they are dead, gone. Just a lump of cold meat. What they were before is just that. BEFORE.
And the death certificate states either "M" or "F". Nothing else
That you think that there is more to it than that is OK with me. Everyone is entitled to imaginary friends if they so desire.
