Yes Cujo that might be the case......but they won't actually make any money from it will they?
WPL shareholders will be left scratching their collective heads at management if it goes pear shaped.
The question I have is will COP dragging their feet help WPL at all?
I don't think so.....I also think it could delay the project. There is no way IMO WPL can become operator whilst there is a question around who actually own the 35%.
Will WPL management be able to spend company funds whilst arbitration is on going?
I'm not particularly bothered if it delays SNE for 12 months.......give us time to let the 800 mmbbls in A-2 sink in to the market first. AIMO DB
