I have suggested before that the conversions likely set floors for the price ... at least in terms of future conversions. If I were a company looking to buy 10,000,000 shares and I knew the bond holders had access to ten of millions more shares -- I would want some sort of written assurance that they would not dump the remaining shares on market and tank the price. That any future sales of conversions would have to be at or above the one I bought.
Just an opinion but I believe it has been borne out by each transfer of shares being done at either the same or higher prices - but never lower. THough feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
