the shares to JD (wally) were 3mil options (half at $2.00 and half at $3.00) this was the same placement as the directors recieved at the time.
this was voted at the agm...however you are correct in saying JD (wally) didnt do the work with the indigenous people (others did).
as JD (wally) was in control of gary and the board at the time well he got the options.
we were scammed.
