Regarding the ability of management, one only needs to look not too far back to see what a debt laden and directionless basket case Galaxy was. This management team has turned this company on it's head in a relatively short period of time and we now have set direction and focus on future aspirations.
There is no question in my mind this management team have the necessary know how to build Galaxy into the front running powerhouse it has the potential to be.
Obviously things aren't going to happen overnight, but as far as I can see, the foundations for success continue to be set in place, albeit at a slower pace than many would prefer but for myself, I take comfort in the fact this management leaves no stone unturned as opposed to many gung-ho companies out there who run before they can walk, and intricate planning is an after thought.
There's no rush here, the show (the real show) doesn't even start for another 3 years.
