Imo the funds raised from the capital raise would be used for a number of reasons moving forward.

1. Clear the financial arrangement with FCC in the Australian market and still offer SMEs the services offered by FCC as an add on benefit; and

2. The funds could be used to speed up the penetration in the US market to utilise the first mover advantage.

At what price and how much in the next question. How does a 10% discount of the VWAP for the month of January sound? Hence it doesn't take into account the price action in the lead up to the articles being released, starting with the first article on the 8 February.

Would be interested to hear other people's thoughts.

I think that if there was a CR on those terms, nobody would subscribe. Not being 'smart' - it's just that unless by some miracle the stock does re-commence trading without a huge drop, the CR would be at a big premium to market.

If they trade again and produce compelling sales figures, then they could contemplate a CR down the track.
