Hi Stocko,
Expect ATC back on Tuesday, annoucement detailing funds raised for
PROPOSED merger, seems like the merger isn't finalised as yet. Also
money raised to be available in tranches over two years, rather than
in one big hit which would have a big dilutionary effect immediately.
