question why did XPE get the whole 2 mil grant from the Singapore Gov when it only owns 35% of Vital Xense when the grant was to Vital Xense, i'd be more incline to get excited about this than anything Heuresy LLC will ever do,what does the Singapore Gov see in XPE and Vital Xense that would encourage them to fork out 2 mil cash, 5.7 mil end of last quarter with 1.5 mil outgoings this quarter so 4.2 mil left about now hmmmmm = Jan 2019 cash left $00000.
