the joke is WHA/BUB are not, other than MC, "big boys". In revenue terms they are small (actually in revenue WHA almost doesnt exist - less revenue than a sandwhich shop in a westfield shopping centre)
there is one difference with JAT (at this stage), they are only 51% of GK wheres the others are 100% brand ownership.
Lastly, its not GK that makes tha CFDA application, its the CNCA manufacturer (nominating GK as the brand to which the formula is allocated). So it all could havppen "without" any actual involvement from GK/JAT. However they may be waiting until the JAT GM (although their agreement will be with GK/Adelaine - NOT JAT - i assume)
