At this time there is about 70000 shares or cdi's available up to $1.30, so considering there is around 150 mil shares on issue there is basically no substantial sellers to be seen.
Babis and the ano called the mou invalid and had to follow through on his words to cancel it, its now been called invalid. I have also read in Czech press that the Minister for industry and trade has said that emh have legal rights to the project, so I would assume its business as usual for now.
Any word that emh and Czech gov are working together this will fly.
As for the buying today, considering the volume, its irrelevant, in saying that there's no substantial volume available even if one wanted to pay $1.30.
Someone usually sells it down in the last hour so the price will probably end up at .43 or in the late .30's again.
