What's the rush to trade again? Stay suspended for a while, get the app ready / launch it first. Get the outreach underway with the Big Hug strategy and then release the financials and trade again.
I would be taking my time if I was them.
Capital raise? Maybe but not sure what for at this stage. I wouldn't want to cancel the agreement with FC and pay penalties for no reason. If they can moderate their sales strategy without a CR and keep ASIC happy then all good. If not, well then maybe. Who knows.
