Despite the promise of regular dividends in July last year, the large reported half year profit and the huge cash and gold pile the company purportedly sits on , no interim dividend was declared. I do hope the Board is not concealing anything from us. There is some unfortunate history in this regard.
In a notice to the ASX on 28th May 2003, the then Chairman of TBR advised the ASX in connection to the appointment of Mr Billis as a director of TBR that.."Mr Billis was disqualified as result of his bankruptcy and by virtue of a conviction for concealing assets.."
The duly lodged notice is attached.
