Plext is no idiot I can guarantee you that. He is outsmarting everyone here. He pretends to hold no RVR but is down ramping it so he can pick up even cheaper. He has already said he bought bulk of rvr around 10 cents or something. He is smart enough to not get out of this ATM machine when it has just got into production.
