    This very detailed news release posted by Rayz on the ARV threads might interest RMI management and major holders?   If 68% of world supply is currently from DRC with all its sovereign risk, perhaps a New Guinea supplier would offer less risk and also be much closer to major potential purchasers of cobalt & nickel?
