Reading between the lines I think they will go down a small CR and the rest in Mezzanine debt and that will be sorted. I personally don’t think they will go the JV. I don’t think they need the JV to be honest. They are going to back SMS in (and so they should)
They might also go a pre-sales option with mitsubishi. Could be a win win with x amount of product locked in at fixed price and not market price.
Still waiting for full finance confirmation. Don’t think the market will move much on this news.
