Sorry mate, can't help you then, NDO was the only one I can agree on myself. Philipines don;t have much land to mine, and plus the places that may have minerals are also politically/environmentally unsafe. They still have lots of private army/bandits in the country worst than Indonesia by about 3-5 times.
