Risk of not getting funds is small IMO. This project has some very nice numbers, off take.... and I can go on but most encouraging is that ATC have been approached by interested parties and are not scrounging around to find partners. Big end of finance keep their eyes out for just the right project to fund and the KfW approval is as good as it gets as far as alerting others to a good potential project to sink some cash into. ATC are in a position to negotiate well structured and positive conditions for the remaining funds, an envious position of many other companies. IMO it’s only a matter of what mix does management prefer and the time needed to thrash out some fine print.
