Given current conditions SILVER price could shift dramatically to the upside in a very short period of time. While there are current question marks over feasibility of this project today this can change in an instant once the brakes are released on the silver price. Market cap $25 million.. no brainer to me at these prices if prepared to hold for at least 12 months.
