Samsung buys Congo cobalt, page-15

This is a conundrum that I've only recently paid heed to. I hope they do find a more efficient way of mining cobalt, in the past it's been treated as a byproduct but now it's a BUY product. I'm sure some bright spark will come up with a better way at these prices $20,000 a ton plus! Isn't CLQ doing a different method of mining Co? ionic recovery or some fancy method. I'm not spruiking CLQ I don't have any shares in them and see the sometimes bizarre rivalries on HC, ok just so you know. Good to discuss this issue
