Care Super Direct investment account uses a portal to Maquarie bank. It has been down and in accessible for the last two days. I have been unable to access, place or change orders, after repeated requests to cancel two orders the shares were sold.
The reply "Sir from the time we receive your email we have two days to action upon it"
Just wondering if anyone else got caught up in this scam. I think it unfair that a backup system was not in place and that they could not take orders over the phone or process an email request in a timely fashion.
