Sale of Three Sisters Gold Project
The company is pleased to advise that it has today entered into an agreement to sell its
100% interest in the Three Sisters Gold Project in Queensland.
The terms of the sale are as follows:
AU$20,000 non-refundable deposit paid within 40 days of todays date.
An additional AU$130,000 upon the successful listing of the acquiring companies shares on
the Australian Stock exchange.
1,200,000 million shares in the new company.
This will allow the company to fully focus its resources and attention on its flagship
Kvanefjeld Multi-element project.
Settlement for this transaction is expected to be finalised within the first half of next year.
