Despite your lengthy spiel to try validate the context, you've effectively endorsed the exact comments that I wrote. Which are:
1) AB oversaw this go from 40c to 20c (what the IPO was priced at is irrelevant as it was not a public company at that point, and not available to ALL investors)
2) Using your own words here..."AB saw what was happening and decided to do EGM to stop them destroying the company in the long term. Price dipped after this but there was no alternative"
3) That anthying less than $1.10 is a failure....again, using your words...."Once this EGM is over the price will quickly go back up over $1"
So in essence, thank you for agreeing with me and making it clear to everyone else! And to be clear, I don't think anyone needs the thinly veiled bias explanations of a two-bit shareholder who hasn't disclosed their true connections with the company and AB
