You do not short a company based on historical shareholder information unless you have a time line for when the information will be brought into the public space, especially when you are dealing with a company that looks like it is growing at around 50% per quarter. Even if Shap had no knowledge, it is not a very good look if the AFR were duped into facilitating a high profile market manipulation scenario.
