I'll have a go at answering this. Mind you I'm not very knowledgeable about QBL. I mainly jumped in because of the RSI is indicating a buy and the company has been making the right moves into a promising industry.
If QBL own 55% of the company now, what will they own after a float? They will be selling part of the company in return for cash to grow the company. So the company will have extra funds but QBL's shares will be diluted. Maybe they will own 30%??
Having fewer shares in a company that is worth more isn't much of an issue. It all depends on the price you float at and the future actions of the company.
