I rejoined with Telstra 4 weeks ago and since then my NBN connection has crashed 3 times (once for 2 days), they have sent me 5 different emails saying I need to call then regarding my broadband getting reconnected (and each time I call them they say there is no problem) and now they have just sent me my first monthly bill which is $518.00.
I signed up on the 100GB NBN $80 per mth and the $49 per month 14GB plan. I made 8 local calls and only used 2GB of data. I was also told I would not be charged any reconnection fees as I was a previous customer.
So the fact they have screwed up my billing so badly and I also only get speeds of 18 - 23 Mbps on my NBN (when it works) shows that this company is still totally ***** up when it comes to providing a good service.
That's why the share price will hit $2.60.
