    Hi Moly,

    That is normal. Its a marker for where you want the cross to take place when there are no bids or sells at that level. Not sure of the exact requirements but have seen this many times before just prior to a cross.

    PS I saw your post on CNP, thanks for your opinion, I tend to agree.
