    i have mainly been tearing my hair out over RJT. out of interest , what do you think the NTA of RAT is? I thought RJT's was at least 0.97, with a 10% buyback up their sleeve, and their interest coverage was over 3 times. they closed at 0.725 , also they are trading cum a big fat juicy dividend in a couple of days too. And tokyo property prices and rents seem to be heading north.
