Good to hear they have formally extended phase II rather than keep us guessing.
I note they are also exploring other opportunities with Lumileds.

The recent SP movement on the back of that investor newsletter seems to have brought in some new shareholders and/or traders. On the day of the move, the sell lines grew and I suspect some may only be here for a 5-10c SP movement. A bit of a hump exists in the 40-42c range which wasn't there before.
I would hope in the coming months we get more shareholders that can see the near term commercialisation horizon. I see BLG as an opportunity to minimise capital gains tax by buying and holding and waiting for the dividend stream. The dividend stream is still a little way off, but I believe is will be substantial due to future licencing agreements and as such, selling will not be required.
