just wondering is no one interested in the topic of gearing and how it works............or do some of you only have experience with margin loans ? which are very different....
another example is AAC.........the market value of their properties has risen 180% in 6 months.........and they are farmland properties, not massive retail centres.........
the media have given cnp a thrashing............is it because its competitors want some of the action...............think quite a few australian companies would be very interested too........
then we have some very astute posters on hc who are very familiar with the industry/business that cnp is in and are comfortable with th sp and its future direction........
