No i will answer that one.
Its simple..you combine all the other generations to create buy side pressure that out weighs sellside pressure over the next 20yrs. Which as i state is flawed. Becuase when the boomers retire or sell there selling pressure (since they own a significant proportion of dwellings) could/would add to the existing selling (non boomer) stock and possibly create stronger sell side pressure.
