I found that it was in fact the very Liberal leaning commentator Ross Greenwood who "exposed" this. Did you notice he had the time and inclination to look up actual tax records to show facts when explaining how debits outweigh the credits in his example to show how it works but when we get to the crux of his (and your) argument, we get nothing. Zip Nada Zilch. He all of a sudden couldn't be bothered finding out the actual figures.
