I am guessing the company retracted their 'statement' to back it up with actual facts given your email to management yesterday. All in all I'd say the announcement today turned out to be better but good for us that management sort of applied their own hand break to their share. Maybe they realized they did not manage to accumulate enough yet.
Took a position today and fairly confident it will go up from here. Yesterday's avg was 0.31+ and today's announcement further strengthens the 'hypo calcs'.
