It was Costello's last budget (fact), regardless of who was there for the majority of the period, the revenue amount was as I stated (fact), so I don't know what your problem is.
Any deficiencies in budgets and Labor's handling of budgets shows up in the debt I posted ($214b of debt added over Labor's 6 years).
