Get your head out of the sand, aren't you seeing what's happening in the US with regards to property prices at the moment across the board???

Tell me, do you really think the likes of Westfield, Stockland, GPT, MQG will gladly pay overinflated market prices for any of Centro's centres or do you think they will get them at knock down prices KNOWING that basically Centro HAVE to sell them anyway as they are desperate and need the cash???

Get with it folks, you are playing with FIRE here and imho Centro can go into Administration at ANY time from now until Feb and will appoint an Administrator to sell off all their assets in order to pay back debt!!!
