    I think you miss the point. You either have faith in someone like JD or you dont. He's put his body and soul into making Roc work and there are strong indications that he's extremely close to achieving that goal (after all, oil exploration is about probabilities and luck). The staff and directors could easily find other cushy jobs without having do deal with the endless scrutiny of shareholders.
