Been away from NSL for quite sometime.

With regards to the companies decision to only report to the market on a quarterly basis, what kind of news/updates would this constitute for the company to not be required to inform the market right away? And what information would the company be required to inform the market of right away whereby they can't wait until the quarterly update - I assume this would be announcement such as expansion contracts/signings, new clients being signed up, all the good stuff the market should know asap that would impact an investors decision to invest into a company?

Never liked their decision to think the company was in a position to only report and communicate to their shareholders and market on a quarterly basis. I wonder if they said the same thing to First Samuel. The market doesn't like quietness...

NSL have always been terrible with 2 things I found, setting appropriate and achieving timelines, and updating/communicating to the market. I can understand to some extent the timeline issue as India has always been a difficult place to crack however reporting and communicating effectively to the market and shareholders is, their own failings (almost would call it arrogance of the management).

Other than that, I am a huge believer in NSL and yes their management but don't see them improving in those two areas.

Been a long term holder and will remain a long term holder, and hopefully will acquire more of NSL as time goes.

Lets hope the quarterly update provides us with our just rewards and they demonstrate competence in meeting expectations that they have set out to achieve.
