I don’t think they will consolidate as the will, even if fully subscribed, only have 2 million shares. Almost all the smal spec mining or oil and gas companies I have seen have had close to 4 billion shares and counting, yet they are still sitting at share prices 3c 5c and 11c... 88E perfect example. IMO they won’t ever consolidate, if the find what they are looking for then share price will still go to 50c to $1 even with 2 billion on shares on issue.
