Macbank owns 5% of CNP.I don't know what they bought in at but they would have probably lost about $250 m minimum.
There is a lot of debate about CNP's lack of disclosure.
This Bearstearns Barclay thing might set a precedent.
Macbank could sue CNP...
But it'd be a bit like kicking a dead man though
