I agree. And yes, these speculations sound great; and I do hope they come true.

HOWEVER

If someone had told me one month ago I could exchange my AJM shares for PLS shares
1 for 1,
I for one,
would gone for it like a rat up a drain pipe.

The thing is: if the offer is anything like the speculation i.e. > than 60c per share, PLS (and others in the sector) will take off like a falcon heavy well before the settlement and I wont be able to buy PLS at anything like the current price of 93c. Maybe I should grow some and get into margin lending; buy now and wait for this to unfold.

The only other problem I see here is a tax one. Could I ask the AJM BOD to please hold off making a final decision so that settlement occurs after June 30. They have to understand I never intended to sell the whole lot in one financial year; qualifying for the CGT discount only helps a bit.
