Agreed, the question you refer to is very relevant. Although they may find a way to work around it, the way Ormat Technologies did for example. The question I'd ask before however is: Does Vonetize have the VOD content suitable for Indonesia? If the answer is no, then the rest is moot in my opinion.
Remember that Smartfren has a deal with Genflix in Indonesia which is much more suitable for the local market than Vonetize.
