    1) would i buy - yes i would - thats my personal view. I wait to be late in offer peiod to c how its moving.

    2) Any issues - yeah - 1st problem is when brokers have to make up the shortfall then normally ie normal good brokers (dont know about these as being normal haha) dont want the exposure as their business is broking not investment perse so they will want to sell down their holding at the earliest time ie selling pressure.

    In this case if they end up with 20m$ so lets say 340m shares and your average volume day is 4m then you can see its going to take them a hell of a long time to sell down their holding esp when SEA is not the most dynamic stock.

    so what would ease the selling pressure - well if oil popped up to 70$ and the mrkt dynamic changed then demand foe SEA should increase and allowing brokers to get rid of their load more quickly as an anology - at moment SEA is constipated and looking for a laxative.

    thats the first problem.
