Hi Andy,
I think Hagen is a good operator and even if he does retire he will ALWAYS be in the background and as a main shareholder so he should.

IMO I don't think his son is up to the task, happy to hear your opinion on this and by all means correct me if you know otherwise.
I haven't met either of them so what I know of them is all hearsay and perhaps not true.
