The magic number is 80% when you have an involuntary Suspension this long arising from an AFR investigation accusing of misleading accounts and misleading business practices.
The magic number rises to 90% when things so serious that ASIC get involved.
90-95% when you have a CEO who did jail time as a con man revealed by the AFR.
But really it's anybody's guess.
