@Highett it could pay dividends now if they wanted as they have both the cashflow and spare cash - but no tax credits so it would be unfranked. I hope they are not even looking at paying dividends, but are interested in using the capital and sustainable cashflow to "grow this baby". Over and above the ongoing installation of the pipeline of parking conversions and tendering for projects like Coles etc I just wish they would tell us the plan/outlook for the future and how the $15m cash (and some debt) will be spent. They don't need it for the existing business as it is now well and truly self sustaining !!!
