should kevin russeth get more free qrs shares

    The current "employee retention scheme" is due to expire soon. I would welcome views on whether Kevin Russeth should be granted more free shares in any new scheme & if so how many in view of Kevin's contribution to qrs over many years ? Please try to be fair & objective in offering views.

    Under existing scheme Kevin secured 6 Million free shares.
