    I’m a bit confused!
    Could someone clarify please.
    Was this contract awarded or were flc just the lowest tender and The company have jumped the gun by sending the niroboxes to SA before receiving formal documentation.
    Also was this tender information released to the market in December as I can’t see any announcement regarding it?
