i just did a stock screener.

only moc is a financial company at top based on historic div return.

no other financial company which actually has 650milllion of financial planning and 60 billion in loans comes close.

also morningstar recently downgraded moc to undervalued 3 star. price target 2.13.

my average is $ 2. so anything above that i am happy.

else i wait for div 9cents fully franked in sept.
