Shaanxi and Altura have a offtake agreement in place for around 100,000 tonnes per annum of spodumene concentrate, or half of the production from Altura’s Pilgangoora lithium operation, through its subsidiary Optimum Nano.
Is there any other offtake agreements in place that are not related to OP or Shaanxi? If there are that may throw a spinner in the works.
Also, considering offtake agreements are being made left, right and centre across most LI stocks that have promise, is the BOD actively looking for other partners for the other 300 t of lithium we will have when production doubles.
I’m sure there are other companies interested or are the BOD not entertaining other offers, just my thoughts.
