Hey HB, I would hope that maybe JTA, CMK or Smac would be able to speculate. From what i've read into this second technology will be a company maker IMO. However it is impossible to speculate how many products this will be incorporated into, from the picture in the annual report of 16' the device seems to be a SK-II wand so another point of speculation is will it be released with SK-II first before being incorporated into Olay?
IMO P&G are thorough and will not rush a product to market, they have exclusive rights to this tech and they will perfect it before release. The 40 prototypes doesn't seem too excessive as it could well be 40 consumers. The final development stage will involve both software and hardware development and is a complex process so it won't be a quick process. Once again hopefully Matt will reply saying that the consumer trials have been completed and it boils down to the final stage before commercialisation. Will post as soon as i receive.
